FLAT RESERVATION
To reserve an apartment in Zaporozhye please select one or several apartments from the list and fill in the reservation form. You can also check their availability by email or phone.
PAYMENT PROCESS
It's necessary to pay for the whole term of lease in cash after your check in to the apartment in Zaporozhye. It's also possible to pay with your credit card via Pay Pal.
Please pay for the apartment rent the day of your arrival. It's necessary to deposit for the whole period of staying. We need to know for how long are you going to rent the flat to be able to make further booking of it for other clients.

According to our rules check-in time - 1:00 pm (13:00). In order of early check in please book the apartment for 1 extra night before your arrival and this flat will be booked for you. If the apartment is vacant you will be able to check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra payment. If not, you’ll have to wait till 12:00 or 13:00.
Check out time - 12 p.m. (12:00). If you need to check out later, please inform in advance. Late check-out till 20.00 is charged as half apartment rate, after 20.00 — as the full apartment rate. Late check-out is available if this apartment has no further reservation for this date.
LATE RESERVATION
Please make your booking as early as possible, as it's necessary to check availability of the flat you have selected. If you ncan't wait for our confirmation by e-mail please do the following:

PREVIEW OF APARTMENTS
You can see the photos of all apartments presented on the site. If your friends, relatives, representatives want to see the flat beforehand it is possible preview of apartments in case they are vacant. If the apartment is occupied you can see it at check out time only. We don't show apartments while our clients stay there. It's possible to choose an apartment by looking through their digital photos.
RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES:
All taxes.
There are no other hidden charges or fees.
Bed linen, towels, bed and kitchen outfits, iron and iron-board.
Local phone calls, hot, cold water and public utilities.
Once-a-week flat cleaning and bed-linen changing.
Extra cleaning service is available upon request for additional charge.
DAMAGES
After arrival to the flat please check that everything is in operating condition and you are satisfied with apartment. On the day of your check out our employee will come to check everything and pick up the keys. In case of any damage caused by your fault we’ll be obliged to charge you for this.
